I'm working on adding things to my blog, but haven't been very successful. I've got bloglines and librarything and delicious (you know what I mean).
I've been busy the past weekend attending a local history conference. This group of local historians likes to have fun but isn't very active, (mostly septagenarians plus) so they take bus tours. Some of the program activities advertised didn't take place (bummer -- Organizing a display talk by a curator of one of the area's largest and innovative museums was one of the drawcards) and the tours were rushed. But I made some contacts for library programming and went to some places I wouldn't have gone on my own or with Dr. Djonz (who prefers to go by train).
